Our postage and delivery service within Australia will work to get your UT Wire goodies to you as quickly as possible! It can take two and five business days to east-coast metro areas, and seven business days to the rest of Australia. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Free delivery

Purchase items totalling $25 and over, and your postage is FREE! Be sure to leave the ‘FREE!’ postage option checked in your shopping cart page.

Order tracking

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post, and you will receive your tracking code by email once your order is dispatched. You can check on the delivery of your order using this tracking number here.

Delivery

Orders are delivered during normal Australia Post delivery hours (typically between 7am and 5pm), Monday to Friday except public holidays. If you are not at home when your delivery is attempted, the Australia Post delivery person will either leave your order in a safe place near your front door out of direct view, or a card will be left telling you how you can collect your order, usually as the nearest Australia Post outlet. You can check on the delivery of your order using the tracking number here.

Contact us

If you are concerned that you haven’t received your order, please check on its progress here using your supplied tracking number. Of course you can contact us too, however please wait at least five to seven business days after your order has been processed to give your goodies a chance to get to you. If your delivery has been ‘carded’ and is waiting at an Australia Post outlet, you will need to visit that outlet to collect it or contact them to arrange alternate delivery.
